What is Management Month?
The purpose of both Management Month and the Management Month Business Summit was to highlight the need for owner-managers to invest in the development of management and leadership capabilities to ensure their future success.

Awareness!

Implemented twenty-one public relations activities which generated fifty two media items
 - 37 print articles (Belfast Telegraph, Irish News, Ulster Business, local press etc)
 - 11 online articles (4ni.co.uk, nibusinessifo.co.uk, and partner websites)

- 1 piece of TV coverage on BBC Newsline

• The potential number of Opportunities To See news items relating to MLN was 1.3 million times across the main regional papers during a five month period
• Digital marketing was used to highlight Management Month in forty three key websites agreed with MLN The information carried on these websites included a direct link to the MLN website where further information on Management Month could be found.

Events!
Over 50 events took place as part of Management Month across Northern Ireland with some 2200 participants on total. MLN would like to thank The Department for Employment & Learning, Invest NI and the Skills for Business Network sponsors for helping to make Management Month 2007 such a success!

The Management & Leadership Conference 2007!
