Includes 3 in-company visits:

2) Warehouse or Transport expert to advise on functional efficiencies;
3) Strategic Planning expert to assist with improvement project.
Awards Certificate in Logistics from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and gives membership in CILT.
