Business Improvement Through Supply Chain Strategies

This programme offers the Level III Higher Certificate in Logistics from the Institute of Logistics and Transport.  It is delivered in 10 sessions and includes 3 in-company consultations with Logistics specialists.
As a result of this training participating companies have been able to implement strategic changes in their operations, including:

- improvement in order cycle time

- improvement in on-time deliveries

- reduction of order fulfilment errors

- reduction in inventory

- improved customer service

- greater employee "buy in"
