TARGET GROUP
Aspiring or new first line managers i.e. those appointed to first line management roles within the previous six months/those to be appointed in the next six months and experienced first line managers who have not attended a comprehensive development
programme.

, with personal mentoring sessions totaling eleven days over a six month period.
