These initiatives are created and offered by various business support bodies and cover a range of management disciplines. The Department for Employment and Learning has the primary responsibility for developing government policy for management and leadership in Northern Ireland. Their remit extends to providing practical business assistance to NI businesses and to enabling and advocating investment in leadership and management skills. Working with a number of delivery partners they offer a range of direct support programmes designed to meet the needs of different organisations.
