Kevin Kelly

Kevin graduated from UUJ in 2003 with a BSc (1st Class Hons) in Communication, Advertising & Marketing. In September 2005 he achieved MSc (with Distinction) from Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh in the field of Strategic Project Planning. He has recently embarked on the part-time MBA programme through University of Ulster.

Kevin worked for Diageo (previously Guinness NI) from 2001-2003 as a Retail Marketing Executive. He also has experience of working in North America, Australia and New Zealand.

Since joining the MLN team in January 2006 as Research Executive Kevin has been involved in the creation of the Management & Leadership Development Strategy for Northern Ireland and has been responsible for numerous other MLN research projects (including Next Level, 7 Deadly Sins and M&L Lite).

Kevin is also responsible for the implementation of the MLN communications plan including which includes Management Month, MLN Roadshows, MLN website as well as developing the network within both supply and demand communities. Since taking on the role of Operations Executive Kevin is now responsible for administering the day to day operations of MLN.
