What this course is designed to do This Sales Development Programme is aimed at realising and maximising sales potential in small and medium sized companies. The aim is to help companies identify new markets, target customers, increase sales levels and increase profits.
Who the course is designed for All managers, in small to medium sized companies who are involved in developing their sales levels.
Method of delivery
Practical Sales training workshops 1 day per month for 8 months.
½ day per month follow up to the workshop with a specialist business mentor.
