A keen horseman and farmer, Brian has led the local hunt and he has also competed at Dublin Horseshow in the past. In the relatively short space of 35 years Brian McConville and his team have become world leaders in their industry from a standing start. MJM marked its 35th Anniversary in 2018 with a charity cruise from Belfast following the completion of the fit out of the Azamara Pursuit for Royal Caribbean. This was the first cruise line refit of its scale undertaken in recent years in Belfast and the project was delivered on budget and ahead of time. The charity Cruise raised £160k for local charities.
