Caragh Hamilton
Northern Ireland Women’s Football Team

Caragh Hamilton is a key member of the game-changing Northern Ireland Women’s Football Team. A record-breaker in her own right, she is the youngest player ever (male or female) to make a senior debut for the NI team aged 15 years and 121 days. An elite performer, Caragh has had to demonstrate exceptional resilience in recovering from a cruciate ligament injury in August 2021 and a thigh muscle tear which ended her dream of playing against England at Wembley in the Euro 2022 Finals. Not to be denied, Caragh still contributed to the memorable UEFA Women’s Euros 2022 as a BBC Sport pundit. Reflecting on her career in football and in business (with BLK Box), Caragh will share her insights on consistently defying the odds.
